Product Overview
The KH01-5 Dry Paint Mist Filter Box is a labyrinth-type pre-filter designed for industrial spray booths. Its compact, lightweight structure combines low initial resistance (43 Pa) with high dust-holding capacity, making it ideal for high-volume painting operations in automotive, appliance, and heavy equipment manufacturing.
Constructed with B1 flame-retardant outer housing and eco-friendly media, this filter ensures both safety and sustainability. While offering ≥95% capture efficiency for particles ≥10μm, it remains cost-effective and easy to dispose of—perfect for facilities requiring frequent filter changes without compromising air quality or compliance.
Key Use Case: Best suited for primary-stage filtration in multi-stage paint booth systems where low pressure drop and high dirt capacity are critical.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I get a custom size for my spray booth?
Yes. We accept CAD drawings or dimensions (L×W×H in mm). Over 90% of our DPA filter boxes are custom-made for various industrial applications.
2. Is the filter box flame-retardant?
Yes. The outer housing uses Class B1 flame-retardant material, ensuring safety in high-risk environments. Of course, in certain situations, you can also opt for non-flame-retardant materials to reduce costs.
3. What is the paint mist capture efficiency?
Our Honeycomb Type(W300) filter boxes achieve ≥95% capture efficiency for paint particles 10 microns or larger — a key metric for spray booth compliance and air quality. Our Honeycomb Type W480 the filtration efficiency can reach over 98%.
4. How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 7–10 days after drawing confirmation. With our 6,000m² factory in Kunshan, we ensure fast turnaround times.
5. Do you provide test reports or certifications?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide certificates such as flame-retardant testing, FSC, and ISO, and we can also include various test reports if desired.
