1. Can I get a custom size for my spray booth?

Yes. We accept CAD drawings or dimensions (L×W×H in mm). Over 90% of our DPA filter boxes are custom-made for automotive, furniture, and metal finishing lines.

2. Is the filter box flame-retardant?

Yes. The outer housing uses Class B1 flame-retardant material. For higher safety, we also offer UL 94 V-0 certified versions upon request.

3. What is the paint mist capture efficiency?

Our DPA dry filter boxes achieve ≥90% capture efficiency for paint particles 10 microns or larger — a key metric for spray booth compliance and air quality.

4. How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 7–10 days after drawing confirmation. We have 6,000m² factory in Kunshan with 90% raw material self-sufficiency for faster turnaround.

5. Do you provide test reports or certifications?

Yes. We provide UL 94, EN 779, ISO 16890 test reports and material safety data sheets (MSDS) upon request. All products are ISO 9001 compliant.
